Due to COVID-19, please note that there could be delays to deliveries. We are trying our best to ensure that we provide a prompt service and relay all information that our preferred carriers are providing. Our Delivery times, mentioned at Checkout are estimated and as close as what we can possibly provide during these times. If they do vary by a few days we do sincerely apologise. Australian Shipping

The Mask Life offers both standard and express shipping options via Australia Post. All orders over $60 will receive FREE standard shipping.

 

International Shipping

The Mask Life offers both standard and express shipping options via Australia Post. The Mask Life is only able to deliver to those countries that Australia Post delivers to.

Estimated Shipping Times

Australia Express = 1-3 Days

Australia Standard = 3-10 Days

Asia Express = 2 - 7 Days

Asia Standard = 5-15 Days

USA = 5-15 Days

Europe = 7-15 Days

 

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received before 10 AM AEST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

 

Customs Charges

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. The Mask Life does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note The Mask Life does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

 

Customs Holds

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.
