When will you be re stocking your masks?

The team here at The Mask Life is working around the clock to replenish our stocks. We ONLY sell what we have available and we ONLY pre order whats in production. Our site will not allow anyone to purchase products we dont have available. 

Your site wont let me add my favourite masks to my shopping cart?

Unfortunately it looks like weve sold out! if you're unable to add it to your cart then it would mean someone has just beaten you to the last available stock.

How will i know when you will have stock back available?

Simple scroll to the bottom of this page and join our mailing list. We will update everyone once the new stock arrives.

When will my masks arrive?

For all masks that are in stock, we aim to ship within 24 hours of your purchase. With the current demand, we are working around the clock to ensure al customers receive their masks ASAP. If you have purchased a pre order, we will ship on the date listed within each product description. 

If you purchase both in stock and pre order masks, we will only send as one package once all of your items are in stock. If youd like your masks to be sent separately, please make two separate purchases and our team will send then straight away.

Are your masks medical grade? 

Our masks are NOT medical grade and are NOT registered as N95, P1 or P2.
